EXPANSION OF YOUR PHYSICAL BEING

Connecting now with Mother Gaia.   Anchoring now your connections to the Mother Gaia.   Whispering to her, your love for her and all that she offers to you.   I am the Divine Mother that comes to you this night.   I sit in the celestial skies, oversouling your being-ness on the Earth planet and assisting you, beloved children, with your deepest connection to Mother Gaia.   I am the one that opens your heart to the child within.   I am the one that expands your being to encompass all that you are.   I am the one that comes to you and brings you solace in your pain and suffering and I am the one that holds you in your deepest embrace.   I am the light and love of all that is and I bring you much dispensations from Source beloved ones.  

You will know me by my sound or my soft caress.   You will know me by my expansiveness, that which I bring to you.   I ask you now, to experience my energies so that you will know me as you walk the fields and forests of the Mother Gaia, her children.   For this is where I love to connect with you, with your feet bare within the grass walking upon this beautiful being that offers you such support and love.   This is the energy that I wish to bring to you this night.   It is soft and yet it is so expansive as if your body has become tiny particles of light and you can all but feel this tiny, tiny particles within your being, gently touching but not dense, vibrating at the frequency of light of your being.    Connect with this, connect with this.  

Understanding that which you are within your bodies is but these tiny particles of energy that vibrate at such a high frequency.   Connect with this movement within your being and understand the lightness of that which you are.   For we that oversoul you from time to time, love you deeply and unconditionally through our being.   We wish you to enjoy your expansiveness, to understand it.   That you are not the density that you sometimes think that you are beloved ones.   We wish you to move beyond the 3 rd dimensional illusion of your physical being beloved ones. Expanding your bodies, the energy of that which you are.  

For it is not just within the higher realms that will assist your evolvement and expansion beloved ones.   It is the manifestation of this within your physical beings to understand that which it is.   Billions of tiny particles, the energy of your being, vibrating at your frequency.   Connect with your frequency now and we ask you to hear the sound of that which you are.   Go deep within beloved children and you will hear the sound of the energy of your physical body.   It will have a vibration all of its own, beloved ones, children of the light that you are.   Listen carefully to this, it will not be the sounds that you may hear in the lower realms beloved ones, it will be a sound that only you will hear within your being. Allow it to come through for you.   For it is unique to your being.  

It is the soul of the love energy of the creator vibrating through your physical being.   Follow this sound through your being, understand its pitch and it's density.   Follow it beloved ones and discover in what parts of your body it does not flow or where all is quiet.   Where there is no sound of your being, expand the frequency of your particles. We will assist you with this now beloved children.   Flow through your body, allow the sound to carry you like waves of sound.   Waves of vibrational sound and it will flow through your physical being and where it stops or where you hear no sound is where your particles are not vibrating at the frequency of your being, beloved children.   Simply expand this, sit with this.   And with your will, your intent, beloved children, expand themselves of your being to their higher nature.   As this occurs your body will feel like it is growing, expanding behind you, in front of you, above you, below you.  

And so it is, breathe deeply beloved children and allow this expansion to flow through your being.   Allow your nature of the higher realms to be one with your physical body now.   That you will feel the lightness of your physicality at this time. It is not a matter or ways of leaving the body, to travel or to experience, it is bringing the lightness of that which you are to your physicality.   Allowing it beloved ones, to   expand in its natural frequency, which is vibration beloved ones, movement and sound.   It is joyous for it is filled with the love of creation.   It is harmony in perfection, for it is filled with the light of creation.   It is the wonder of all that you are and it is reminding yourselves, your physical being of that which you are.  

For beloved ones the physical body cannot be maintained in perfection and harmony if it is not vibrating at the same frequency of your being.   Beloved children, when it begins to slow down and the sound and movement are no longer flowing through your being, and the density of the lower realms affects your physical body and duality and illness may arise.   And it sits within the physical body and will cause pain or suffering, deterioration of the physical cells, damage.   For there is no sound and movement occurring.   This is why beloved children, when sound and tone is played around and through the physical body, it assists it to shift that which it is holding in density.   It assists the cells to begin to vibrate at the higher frequencies of your being.   It assists the sound and movement, the joy and the harmony of creation, to flow through you.   And through this flow comes perfection as it once was and always can be.  

Breathing each and every one of you deeply now, bringing this energy in.   Do not resist it within your physical being.   It will not harm you. It will offer yourselves a cleansing and an opening, filling them with light.   It will allow your being-ness to connect with your physicality and it will allow you to understand more of that which you are, if you sit with this.   And we say our beautiful children, that as this occurs for you in the physical body, it is much the same in your etheric bodies.   You may apply the same principles to your emotional body, your mental body, the spiritual body and your higher natures.  

Go now to your emotional bodies in the etheric, connect with them.   And ask for them now to lift their frequencies of vibration so they are not so dense and compact, so their gridlines are more expanded.   And the light is flowing through them.   And as this occurs, hear their sound and movement.   You may sing to them within your being or out loud to assist them to open further to the higher frequencies of your vibrations.   Continuing to ask if the emotional body is vibrating at its natural highest frequency and if it is not, flow with the wave of sound and movement, to the place where it is not flowing.  

And breathing deeply, expand this part of your emotional body to a higher frequency so that it may once more be filled with the joy and harmony of the creator of all that is.   This, our beautiful children, is important for you to do, to care for that which you are.   And in caring for that which you are, you will raise your frequencies to the vibrations of sound and movement of your being.   For your being is ever changing, it is ever expanding and moving, evolving and growing.   It is filled with sound and movement and to keep it in harmony it requires this frequency of joy and love to move through it.  

Do not be afraid to sound your being, do not be afraid to lift your vibrations.   For this will keep your physical body healthy and your higher natures flowing with the energy and light of source.   Understanding this and where this frequency is not activated within your being is important for you to create your joy and your harmony.   For without this flow, much will become blocked and stuck within your being and it will become more and more difficult for you to sit within the light and to bring the light through your being.   For it will become uncomfortable to bring the light through the denseness of your being, beloved ones.   The more you practice with this the more your being will be expanded enough to receive yet more and more light.   So that you will be truly expanded, not only in your higher selves but in your lower bodies beloved ones.  

For we say to you, beloved children, that only expanding the higher nature will not assist you to complete that which you are.   It will not assist you to integrate all that you are.   It is important to keep the lower bodies functioning at the higher frequencies as much as it is possible for you.   For then they are ready and able to receive the higher nature of your being and to hold this energy more and more within you.   And this is what you seek, is it not beloved children?  

We are here to assist you with this, to envelope you.   And as you do this our beloveds, we say to you to connect with the Mother Gaia, to walk bare foot upon her body, to hold your arms around her limbs, to bring your brow to her and thank her for all that she offers to you.   For all the assistance that she gives to you in her own expansion, in her own growth beloved children.   For she is most beauteous.   The most wonderful being of light and she has much to teach you if you will but connect to her.    And listen to her own sound and movement.   For if but place your ear to her heart, you will hear the sound and movement within her own body.   The expansion of her beautiful being.  

And this will assist you also to open your own frequency and to lift it to your higher nature, if you connect to her sound and her movements.   For yes, it is constantly moving and changing.   And it is the wise one that connects with this.   For it will assist you with your own flow, beloved ones.   If you connect with the evolvement of Mother Gaia through her sound and movement and you too will become a part of this in a greater manifestation than that which you are already.   You will grow with this.  

Sing to her, sound to her, place your feet firmly upon her and sing with her sound and move with her movements.   Allow this energy of frequency to flow through your being and in doing so, your gateways and portals will open to her energy and your own sound and movement will flow once more through your being.   Attune to this beloved children, do not be afraid to do this.   Walk with this, the energy of Mother Gaia.   For beloved children, this is why you are here.   You are here to do this, to connect with her, to ascend with her and to assist her in this process through your being.   How can you do this if you do not make the connection with her beloved ones?   If you always live within the stars and not within Mother Gaia herself, it will be difficult for you to assist her and fulfill your missions here, beloved ones.  

We would ask you as the Divine Mother to open the heart within you that connects to us.   For each and every one of you have the heart of the divine mother within you.   Call to this now and ask it to expand within you.   To fill you with the light and compassion and unconditional love that envelopes us where we sit.   And through this divine heart you may connect with our own sound and movement.   Breathing deeply with this beloved ones.   Hear our sound, it is different to your own.   And it is different once again to Mother Gaia's. Feel the vibrational energy of our movement, the frequency of that which we are, connect with this and we will envelope you with the energies of the creators source that flow through us.   The love of all that is.   

And you will become one with us.   Feeling the bliss of our nature, the serenity that sits within us.   To the very depth of your being, it is wise to merge with us when you can our beautiful children.   For we will fill you with the peace and serenity of all that is and all that troubles you and all that you hold and create within your being will indeed be free if you allow our sound and movement to flow through you at this time.   And when this occurs you may sing with us.   You may do this within your being or you may do it here in the circle where we all sit.   But connect with this, allow this sound and movement to flow through you, bringing you the deepest peace that we may offer to you at this time.  

And as each and every one of you connect to us, we would ask you to join us in group merkabah and we wish you to join us in a journey through the celestial space of where we sit.   As you flow with our movement and sound and as we move through the higher realms you will hear our sound and movement even greater within your being.   And you will connect with the infinite space of our being.   Sitting with us in this space where we sit.  

And as this occurs we will call for the divine children to connect with each and every one of you, to hold you by the hand and to walk with you to share in their laughter and joy.   They will move around you and will sprinkle you with their joyousness.   Offering you elixirs of joy, offering you the golden energy of harmony, offering you at this time the frequency of laughter from the divine frequency of these children.   And each and every one of you will connect, beautiful ones, through your own child to these children, awakening the child within you, understanding the innocent heart that you nurture within your being.  

For yes indeed beautiful ones you nurture the innocent heart within your being of the divine child that which you are.   And as these golden children connect with you, they will connect with your innocent heart and the divine child within your.   Allow the joy of this to flood your being now.   Feeling this flow through you. The joyousness of their nature, of that which they are.   Connecting with the child that you hold and nurture within your being, asking you to be the divine mother to this child that you hold within.   To be the divine mother to the innocent heart of your being, holding it in unconditional love of yourself in the highest frequency of that which you are.  

For you are love, unlimited, beloved children.   There is no limitations upon this love of that which you are, that flows through your being.   You are joy and wonder and you are harmony and peace.  

Allow the divine children holding the golden energies to connect with you fully now and activate your innocent hearts and place all that may be occurring for you at this time in your life that is not flowing within your innocent hearts, that it may be loved unconditionally with the innocent heart of all that is that sits within you.   Allow this beautiful ones.   To allow you the serenity within your lives to flow and the joy of your being to flow, both in the higher realms and in the lower realms, where you sit within this dimension of Mother Gaia.  

And we say to you beautiful ones, that if you but listen to the golden children who will whisper in your ears now, the secret to your innocent heart, the key that you need to open it for yourselves.   Listen for this, you may receive a word or a phrase for this but it will be an important key for you that will guide you in truth and knowledge of the innocent heart within your being.   It will assist you to open it and to nurture it, to love it through the nature of your Divine Mother being.   Listen for this now beloved children, listen for this.  

Breathing deeply with this now.  

And we ask you one and all now to join with us once more in group merkabah where we will move now to the golden fields of light.   Filled with the emerald crystals of Shambala.   And you will each be met by a golden emissary and you will be shown a place of rest where you may lay down and rest now.  

And you will be covered with a blanket of light.   And if you breath deeply you will smell the flowers of this field. The scents of which some may be uncommon to you.   But breathe deeply of their essence for they alone are activating you now.  

And as you lay we will come to each and every one of you and place a garland of flowers around your heads and a crystal upon your heart and one at your feet.   To assist you to anchor deeper with Mother Gaia's energies, so that you are connected together on your path.  

And in this way our beautiful children we have increased the frequency and vibration of your bodies, both the lower and the higher.   And we have expanded and moved your sound and movement, clearing now, that which was held within.   So that once more you are, one step lighter, more refined and able to receive the higher frequencies of your being. Becoming the pure chalice for the energies of your soul that it may sit within this dimension of Mother Gaia, fully merged and connected with you, at all times, in each and every moment.   And this, our children, is when the fun begins for you, when the joy will flow like the rivers of light and the love of your being will encompass all that is.  

We will leave you with this now our beautiful children to complete, in your own time and space and we offer you the divine love of our hearts and ask you to nurture the innocent heart of your being, through your divine mother self in all things.   Do not close it.   Do not turn your back on it.   Call for your divine mother self to be that which you are and your innocent hearts will remain open and filled with the love and light of all that is, assisting you to be clear and open to receive the higher nature of your being.   We offer you our blessings at this time, we offer you our heart nature in all that we are.   And we thank you for the beauty of that which you are, one and all, Namaste to you.
